  • Do I need to register to use your app?

    Yes, you do need to register, but you can also request a taxi as a guest user by entering your name and your phone number. Registering means that you can use all of our mobile apps features.

  • Which taxis are requested?

    All taxis in your immediate environment receive a passenger request. The request is confirmed as soon as a driver accepts the booking. The "Taxi Radar" will shows all taxis nearby.

  • On which operating systems can I use the app?

    Our app is currently available for iOS and Android.

  • How do I book a taxi?

    From the ATX coop taxi website, calling us, and downloading the mobile APP. If you are using the mobile app you will be able to see available taxis nearby.

  • Can I rate my driver?

    You can rate your driver and taxi with up to 5 stars immediately after the trip. You have the option of submitting a rating under "Trips section" on your profile page, after the trip.

  • Does your app see any payment data?

    No, all data is secure via certificated encrypting systems. ATX coop itself can never access any data.

  • Can I cancel my request?

    Yes, but you should inform your driver anyway. Abusing the app can result in blocking of your account.

  • Do I lose my taxi booking if I close the app?

    No, the booking continues even if you close the app. A push message is sent just before the taxi arrives. If you leave the app open, you can track the taxi's arrival live on the map.

  • Does it cost anything to use the ATX Coop app?

    No, you can download and use the app for free. There are no additional costs.

  • Do I need to create an account?

    Creating account lets you save your personal settings within our app. You can then access your personal profile from all end devices. Your personal settings are automatically saved into your account and will be available for your next trips.

  • What should I do if I forget my user name?

    If you forget your email or delete this email by mistake, simply request another account from our online portal.

  • What makes paying by app so safe?

    The passenger is requested to enter his personal PIN before every transaction. This makes unauthorized payments impossible. All data are transferred in an encrypted format. No data is saved on your Smartphone. Our payment gateway meets all safety regulations according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

  • What are the conditions for paying by app?

    In order to pay, you need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc...).

  • How do I sign up for paying by app?

    Simply log in to your account with your personal access details or register for new account. Save the payment method of your choice under payment options.

  • How much does paying by app cost for passengers?

    There will be no extra fees for paying by the app. As usual, you pay the relevant taxi fare.
